Culinaire is your chance to experience a selection of the most unique restaurants and purveyors of fine food and beverage our region has to offer.

Presenters from Victoria, The Cowichan Valley, and Saltspring Island will be serving their inspired creations and signature dishes. You will discover new restaurants and specialty items, sample from a wide variety of amazing cuisine, and enjoy a great evening in a relaxed environment.

Once a year guests of Culinaire are delighted to taste from a dazzling array of culinary delights from the area’s most talented chefs and specialty food producers. Fresh seafood, prime cuts of beef, artisan cheeses, craft beers, Pan-Asian and European inspired dishes, fresh baked breads, unique chocolate creations, Island and BC wines, vegan desserts, and specialty coffees are just a few of the many items that are showcased.

On Thursday March 22, 2012, Culinaire will once again be held inside the beautiful Crystal Garden at the Victoria Conference Centre. Be our guest and immerse yourself into the wonderful world of fine food.

Culinaire is proud to sponsor annual scholarship awards for students enrolled in the Camosun College Culinary Arts Program. Partial proceeds from each year’s event benefit our local students aspiring to be tomorrow’s best chef.

Partial proceeds are also donated to the BC Hospitality Foundation.
